REQUEST LINES OPEN FOR
2023-2024
To qualify, individuals must:
• Be a resident of Lane County, Oregon
• Be active in recovery for 12 months or longer
• Been abstinent of sex work for 12 months or longer
Have a sex trafficking “brand” from previous sex work
Be committed to volunteering with Transformation Ink and serving as a positive mentor.
To apply, individuals must include:
1) Completed application form
2) Letter of recommendation from counselor, mentor, case worker or the like.
3) Personal essay
• No more than 1,000 words
• Typed, double-spaced
• Explaining why a cover up tattoo would positively affect your life and what you envision your life looking like in the next three years.
4) Contact information for yourself and two references
