Fill out the form, upload your images, and we’ll get back to you within approximately a week. Based on your request we will select an artist that best fits your design and budget, or you can request a specific artist of your choice.
Responses may take 7-10 days to get a call or email response. We may ask for more information from you if we cannot visualize a picture from your request. Many times we will ask that you come in for a consultation appointment to chat with an artist and take measurements so we can accurately plan out your piece.

Check with the individual artist. For most things larger than a business card we need to have a thorough discussion regarding size, detail, style, and location of the tattoo. All of these factors impact the overall cost and integrity of your tattoo.Your consultation can take five minutes up to 30 minutes. However long it takes to discuss and formulate a plan that will create a design and flow your individual body. Sometimes we vibe so much that we go a bit longer. Please bring any reference materials you may have.

Why do you have a deposit policy?
We require a deposit which does 3 things:
*All tattoo deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE If you do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and you will have to pay in full to schedule a new appointment. If you need to reschedule an appointment, we require 5 Business Day’s notice or you will forfeit your deposit. Further, you will have to pay in full for a new appointment. If you provide at least 5 Business Days to reschedule, we will transfer your deposit to your new appointment. Please call 541-255-2734 with any questions.
This is also dependent on which artist you’ll be seeing. Suzen books out several months at a time. Erich books out several weeks at a time. Savannah usually has availability within a week or two, and often has walk in space available.
In general, you can expect that we will reveal the artwork on the day of the appointment. When we need feedback or clarity, we may bring you in for a second consult/art showing in some design situations. Small modifications can always be made on the day of your appointment. If you completely change your mind about our initial, agreed-upon plan, you may need to leave another deposit, and we will start the process over. If there are any changes or you are apprehensive about anything, please contact us ASAP to discuss or reconsider booking until your idea is more solid.
-A week before your appointment begin moisturizing the area to be tattooed at least once a day.
-The day before your appointment drink 6-8 glasses of water
-For 24 hours before your appointment avoid anything that will thin the blood, such as alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, etc. This will help alleviate any excessive bleeding during the tattoo process.
-On the day of your appointment eat a full meal before you come in. Be as hydrated as possible. Wear comfortable clothing. Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Don’t forget your ID!
-Keep your transparent bandage on for up to 7 days.
-Keep your tattoo clean! With clean hands, wash your tattoo twice daily over the bandage we provided. If the bandage begins to peel back you may trim the excess with extremely clean scissors (clean with rubbing alcohol), or come in for a bandage change.
-Make sure anything that comes in contact with your new tattoo is clean as well. This includes clothing, linens, towels, and your hands.
-If you experience any healing difficulties, we want to hear from you! Excessive redness, excessive pain, unpleasant odors, or any other concerning symptoms need to be addressed as soon as possible.
-Do not allow your new tattoo any prolonged sun exposure.
-Do not soak your new tattoo in any kind of water- baths, pools, hot tubs, rivers, lakes, and the ocean are all no-nos for a new tattoo. After 2-3 weeks you can resume water activities.
-Do not allow others or animals to touch your new tattoo.
-Do not pick or scratch your new tattoo.
We provide and apply a medical grade, transparent, adhesive barrier that protects new tattoos while they are healing. It is latex free, waterproof, breathable, and hypoallergenic. It is manufactured under quality controlled conditions that have been CE marked and FDA registered. The first 7 days are crucial when it comes to healing tattoos. Because it is breathable and waterproof, the barrier film can be left on during that period. It will protect the tattoo from bacteria and debris while also helping to save clothing and linens from ink and blood.
Transparent Bandage Removal Instructions: Preferably in the shower and after you've washed everything else, allow water to run over the covered tattoo. Peel it from the top down while keeping the film close to the skin as it's being peeled off. It may be full of liquid (ink, blood, plasma). Thoroughly wash your tattoo with your hands using the soap provided (or any mild antibacterial liquid soap). Let the soap do the work, and then rinse thoroughly. Pat (do not rub) the tattoo with a fresh paper towel. Let the tattoo air dry for an hour, then apply a very light coat of scent free moisturizing lotion we provided. The next day and every day after, wash your tattoo, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with a paper towel. Apply lotion once dry. Repeat at night.
Each artist has different policies regarding touch ups, but generally speaking there is a charge for touch ups at the artists’ hourly rate.
All tattoo deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. If you fail to show up to your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. Further, you will be required to pay in full to book any additional appointments. We do this to ensure the financial safety of our artists. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 5 days notice. If you provide 5 days notice we will transfer your deposit to a to your new appointment date. In case of emergency or illness please give us a call as soon as possible.
Sometimes this takes research. Please review my work and check my style for a match. I hope I am the artist for you, but it's also essential to make sure you receive the best result. If I cannot take on your project, I can introduce you to other artists that specialize in your Tattoo request. That's still a win!

I book out 4 to 6 months in advance; however, starting in 2022, I will book out three months at a time. I have limited space in my schedule and wish I could get to each of you. Once my schedule is filled, I will close the requests until the next round. I encourage clients with larger, multi-session, and ongoing pieces to book several sessions in advance. It is important to me to take care of each of you with respect for your time and mine.
Either way, I will contact you and let you know if we will be moving forward. I may ask for more information from you if I cannot visualize a picture from your request. I focus not only on your tattoo art but also on your comfort and overall tattoo experience. So you can expect to be my only client of the day. During our consultation, I will create a vision for you: what to expect for our day together and how that will look. My sessions are flat rates because the value is in the finished piece.
Skin can be an unpredictable canvas. I cannot predict how many hours a completed design will take, but I always give you my best estimate with so many different factors.
I prefer to charge by the piece. My base rate is $450. My half-day rate is $900, and a full day rate is $1800. So please be prepared to put HALF DOWN. DEPOSITS MAKE IT OFFICIAL: it secures our date, it ALL goes toward your tattoo, and it retains my services for pre-production.
